| Choripan | sliced chorizo served on house made bruschetta |
| Frituras de Bacalao | breaded and fried bacalao cakes |
CHOOSE AN ENTREE, SERVED WITH POLLO SOUP OR GREEN SALAD:
| Masas de Puerco | marinated chunks of pork, fried and topped with garlic, served with congris and maduros |
| Filete de Pargo | red snapper filet, grilled and topped with grilled vegetables, served with black beans, white rice, and maduros |
| Arroz con Pollo ala Chorrera | traditional Cuban chicken and rice dish, saturated in white wine and beer, served with fabada espanola and maduros |
| Churrasco | tender skirt steak, served with yellow rice and yuca con mojo |
