Filete de Pargo | red snapper filet, grilled and topped with grilled vegetables, served with black beans, white rice, and maduros |
Arroz con Pollo ala Chorrera | traditional Cuban chicken and rice dish, saturated in white wine and beer, served with fabada espanola and maduros |
Paella | yellow combination rice with three kinds of seafood, chicken, and pork, served with fabada espanola and maduros |
